You’ll join a collaborative, mission‑driven ARA team that values curiosity, continuous improvement, and the power of proactive leadership.</div><div></div>What You Will Do<ul><li>Lead SOX internal audit projects from planning through reporting, ensuring effective evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting.</li><li>Conduct end‑to‑end process walkthroughs to identify risks, assess control design, and document process‑level insights with accuracy and clarity.</li><li>Collaborate with global finance and compliance stakeholders to align on scope, testing expectations, and audit deliverables.</li><li>Review audit testing workpapers to ensure quality, consistency, and achievement of audit objectives.</li><li>Assess internal control deficiencies by identifying root causes, estimating impacts, and partnering with owners to develop actionable remediation plans.</li><li>Develop recommendations that enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Prepare clear, timely SOX status reports summarizing scope, testing progress, issues, milestones, and action plans for ARA leadership and business partners.</li><li>Coach audit team members to support high performance, collaboration, and ongoing skill development.</li><li>Support additional non‑SOX audit projects as needed to meet organizational priorities.</li></ul><div></div>What You Will Need Required<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.</li><li>CPA certification.</li><li>Minimum 5 years Big 4 public accounting experience supporting assurance services for global public companies.</li><li>Experience applying US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and the COSO framework.</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience in technical accounting and financial statement audit concepts.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience using audit management software (e.g., AuditBoard)</li><li>Experience within the MedTech or highly regulated industry.</li></ul><div></div>Additional Information<ul><li>Work arrangement: To support collaboration across our teams, we are considering candidates based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.</li><li>Travel: May require up to 20% travel depending on project assignments.</li></ul><ul><li>$102,600 - $222,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
