As we grow, we are seeking team members that embody these values.</span></span></span><br> </p><p style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><b>Job Description Summary:</b></span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="background:#FFFFFF;"><span style="color:#000000;">Krystal Biotech, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance </span></span>Technician or Senior Maintenance Technician to join the team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Moon Township.  The Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment used in our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the facility operates at peak efficiency.</span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></span></span></span></p><ul><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities on electrical and mechanical equipment, including but not limited to motors, generators, pumps, HVAC systems, control panels, and lighting systems.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, electrical failures, and system issues to identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective actions.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Perform repairs and replacements of faulty electrical components, wiring, circuits, and other related systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address maintenance needs that impact manufacturing operations.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance schedules, repairs performed, and parts used, utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other designated tools.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, electrical codes, and industry standards while working on systems and equipment.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Assist in the planning and execution of equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications, including electrical wiring, power distribution, and control system integration.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines to maintain a high level of quality and compliance.</span></span></span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><b>Requirements and Desired Qualifications:</b></span></span></span></p><ul><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">High school diploma or equivalent;
