You will promote excellence in preventive and corrective maintenance while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements. Working closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams, you&#39;ll contribute to maximizing equipment uptime, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high manufacturing standards. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence as we fulfill our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.</p><p></p><p><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b><br />• High School Diploma or equivalent required with 7&#43; years of experience managing a maintenance shop or maintenance team<br />• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor&#39;s Degree plus 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with 2&#43; years in a supervisory role (preferred, not required)<br />• Preferred Fields of Study: Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering<br />• Professional certifications in maintenance, electrical systems, or HVAC beneficial<br />• Experience in GMP manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries<br />• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems<br />• Expertise in preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)<br />• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals<br />• Proficiency in safety protocols including LOTO, confined space entry, and arc flash prevention<br />• Experience with TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies<br />• Effective leadership skills with ability to coach, develop, and support team members<br />• Proficiency in project management and scheduling maintenance activities<br />• Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance and documentation<br />• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities<br />• Clear written and verbal communication skills<br />• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required<br />• Experience managing contractors and vendors<br />• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and maintenance management software</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
