The Maintenance Specialist provides advanced technical support to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. This role performs troubleshooting, corrective repairs, and preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and sustain equipment performance. The Maintenance Specialist works independently or within a team to resolve simple to complex issues, maintains accurate GxP-compliant documentation, and supports engineering activities.
This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, practical troubleshooting experience, and the ability to interpret technical instructions, schematics, and automation-related information. The role also collaborates closely with Engineering, Production, and cross-functional teams to support equipment reliability, continuous improvement initiatives, and overall operational readiness.

Pay transparency
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is 54,300.00 - 100,800.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
