The role focuses on maximizing equipment availability, minimizing unplanned downtime, managing maintenance resources and budgets, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance and reliability performance.</p><p></p><h1><b>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities</b><br /> </h1><p><b>Maintenance Operations</b></p><ul><li>Ensure reliable operation and availability of production equipment, utilities, and building infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on the effective operation, monitoring, and management of HVAC systems supporting clean room environmental conditions. This includes close cooperation with internal engineering and external specialists.</li><li>Plan, develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.</li><li>Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.</li><li>Manage the cleaning and sanitation team, including material resources, in collaboration with QA.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>People Management</b></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and specialists.</li><li>Define objectives, performance expectations, and training plans.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Planning, Budget &amp; Contractors</b></p><ul><li>Develop and manage the maintenance budget (OPEX/CAPEX).</li><li>Plan maintenance resources and schedules.</li><li>Manage external contractors and service providers.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Compliance, Safety &amp; Quality</b></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison with governmental and regulatory authorities (Building Authority, Public Health Office, Fire Rescue Service) to secure required permits, approvals, and certifications related to construction activities, structural modifications, and site development.
