Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for FMT workshop related equipment daily maintenance and make sure the reliable machine functionality and productivity, continuous improvement.<br>负责FMT生产车间设备日常保养维护、确保设备功能和效率的持续可靠和不断优化等工作<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities &amp; Tasks:</b></p><p>1.All activities should be complaint with the site EHS, QUALITY compliance and asset management requirements and SOPs</p><p>行为符合相关的安全环境、质量法规和资产管理方面的要求和流程</p><p>2.Make sure the reliable machine functionality and productivity, continuous improvement, achieve the maintenance KPI goal.</p><p>确保FMT生产车间设备功能和效率持续可靠&#xff0c;并不断优化&#xff0c;达成设备维护KPI</p><p>3.Make sure that quality and integrity of technical documentation</p><p>确保车间设备技术文档的质量和完整性</p><p>4.Responsible for FMT workshop new equipment URS/SAT/FAT/IQ OQ PQ and re-qualification for existing equipment, as well as documentation</p><p>负责新生产设备的URS/SAT/FAT/IQ OQ PQ等验证工作和现有设备的再验证&#xff0c;完成相应文件的编写及执行</p><p>5.Cost effectiveness and best utilization of resource</p><p>成本优化&#xff0c;资源有效配置&#xff0c;持续改进</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</b></p><p>1.College or above degree, majored in engineering.<br />大专及以上学历&#xff0c;理工科或工程科学专业<br />2.At least 3 years work experiences on equipment maintenance equipment, experience of management of pharmaceutical or medical device industry will be preferred<br />3年以上设备维修和服务工作经验&#xff0c;有项目实施和管理经验优先&#xff0c;有医药类或医疗器械行业内生产设备的<br />管理经验优先<br />3.Good English spoken and written, can read technical manuals, electrical diagrams.<br />良好英文读写能力&#xff0c;能识别英文手册、电气图纸<br />4.Strong communication, coordination, finding and solving problem abilities, quick learner<br />具备较强的沟通、协调、问题发现和解决以及快速学习能力<br />5.Active, initiative, conscientious and result-oriented<br />工作积极主动&#xff0c;责任心强&#xff0c;成就导向<br />6.Familiar with Office software, proficient in Word, Excel<br />熟练使用Word&#xff0c;Excel等办公工具软件</p><p></p><p><b>About Sartorius </b></p><p></p><p>Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
