Machine Operator

Join Natoli Engineering as a Machine Operator. We are seeking motivated individuals who want to grow in an industry and are willing to work overtime. We offer continuous training to those who seek a career in the manufacturing field. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect equipment before starting the shift or a job - Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift - Review work order instructions - Log into and out of barcode system for every order - May run manual machines - Inspect each part using inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, head gauges, etc) Required Skills and Attributes: - Must be at least 18 years of age - Be willing to move and be trained among a wide variety of machines as the workload demands - Ability to read blueprints is preferred - Perform basic shop math Education and Experience Requirements: - Previous shop experience preferred but not required Benefits: - Retirement Plans: 401(k) with matching contributions. - Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. - Life Insurance: Company-provided and optional additional coverage. - Paid Time Off: Generous vacation and sick leave policies. - On-site café, temperature-controlled work environment, and other perks!
