Role Overview The M365 Sr. Specialist provides planning, implementation, and ongoing support for an organization’s Microsoft 365 environment—including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Intune, and related components—while ensuring best practices for security, compliance, and user experience. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for device configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, and security baselines.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Oversee enrollment and lifecycle management of Windows, iOS, devices.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and deploy mobile application management (MAM) policies and conditional access controls.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain endpoint protection and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Automate and optimize endpoint provisioning and user onboarding using tools like Autopilot, Azure AD, and PowerShell.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Intune-related issues, leveraging Microsoft support and community knowledge as needed.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Document all processes, configurations, and changes in compliance with change management procedures.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">At least 5 years of IT MDM, MAM deployment experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life science industries.</li> <li class="col-xs-12 no-horiz-padding" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven experience administering Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.</li> <li class="col-xs-12 no-horiz-padding" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of MDM, MAM, compliance policies, and conditional access in a hybrid or cloud-first environment.</li> <li class="col-xs-12 no-horiz-padding" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Windows Autopilot.</li> <li class="col-xs-12 no-horiz-padding" style="font-size: 12pt;
