WHAT YOU WILL DO
The L&P Future of Field Associate will join the Learning and Development Capability Team, supporting the development, delivery, and adoption of Future of Field capabilities. This role will help enable field-facing teams through innovative learning, digital, and AI-powered solutions that strengthen capability building, improve access to insights, and support more effective customer engagement.
Working closely with Learning and Development colleagues, business stakeholders, product owners, and the DevOps team, the L&P Future of Field Associate will identify business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements. The role will support the design, development, testing, validation, and documentation of solutions including AI-powered tools, workflow automations, data integrations, and Power BI applications.

The professional we seek is a curious, collaborative, and business-oriented professional with an interest in Learning and Development, field capabilities, artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and digital product delivery.
Minimum requirements
Preferred requirements
Interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, data modeling, and visualization.
Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience with AI and automation platforms, including MyGenius, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or comparable generative AI tools.
Familiarity with data, integration, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Databricks, Tableau, MuleSoft, Informatica, GitHub, or Jira.
Experience supporting Proofs of Concept, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, or agentic AI frameworks.
Familiarity with programming and data-query languages such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar.
Knowledge of the commercial, learning, or field-facing environment within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries.
Experience collaborating with product owners, Learning and Development colleagues, business stakeholders, field-facing teams, and technical or DevOps teams.
Experience supporting digital product delivery within an Agile environment, including participation in stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take accountability for delivery.
Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
An Agile mindset and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
