We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operational management and compliance execution of Logistics activities within EMEA region. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, on-time, and cost-effective transport of products, while maintaining the highest standards of global compliance across cross-border supply chain operations. You will play a key role in supporting operational delivery, managing compliance requirements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners. You will analyse data, improve processes, and work with teams in supply, quality, and commercial. We value curiosity, clear communication, and practical problem solving. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of site-to-market and site-to-site logistics operations
- Collect, validate and analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create clear reports and dashboards to inform decision makers and operational teams.
- Support process improvement projects using structured problem solving and measurable outcomes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve on-time performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, metrics and standard operating procedures.
- Support planning and forecasting activities to help match supply with demand.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business, data analytics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or data analysis.
- Proficiency with Excel and experience using reporting tools or business intelligence software.
- Solid problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Polish.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with warehouse or manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or warehouse management systems.
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis or SQL for data queries.
- Experience in continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
- Previous experience working in an international or matrix organisation.
