<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description Summary</b></p>-Tactical planner drives and manages the Master Production Schedule for the tactical<br>horizon (typically 4-24 months) ensuring capacity &amp; resources are in place to support agreed<br>demand plan. This should allow to satisfy the Customer requirements and to keep the<br>inventory at the next handover point of the supply chain at the agreed target level.<br>In essence the role is responsible for the service to customers ensuring the availability, in<br>terms of date and quantity, of the shipping items to the next point of supply.Responsible for ensuring a timely implementation of all Life Cycle projects as launches/ changes/ transfers/divestment by coordination of involved stakeholders from different functions. Ensures compliance with Regulatory and GMP, law, SOPs, HSE and Code of Conduct. -Regional Coordinator is responsible to optimise the Supply Chain in terms of service, proceses and cost. -Country head manages the Supply Chain function in the CPO(s) and leads a high performing local supply chain team.      <p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><p></p><ul><li>Manage logistics service provider contract, including: validation of data and value, control of payment, creation of annexes to the contract, alignment of details with provider, control of approval process.</li><li>Ensure supply planning according to lead time;</li><li>Ensure the import and customs clearance process</li><li>Control of timely QA release for inbound shipments</li><li>Customers’ orders, claims management</li><li>Preparing of logistics relevant monthly reporting </li><li>Processing of different data base with orders/payments history, etc.</li><li>Forecasting;</li><li>Management of the process for applying to regional and national tenders;</li><li>Conduct monthly S&amp;OP meetings with relevant internal functions</li><li>Inventory management;</li><li>Customers Contract management</li><li>Monitoring and tacking appropriate actions in customers account receivables</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>3-5&#43; years supply chain experience in a multinational company</li><li>Deep knowledge of distribution mechanism</li><li>Strong experience in managing relationships with distributors</li><li>Knowledge of tender process</li><li>Analytical thinking and high accuracy with numbers</li><li>Upper-intermediate in English</li><li>Excel advanced; 1C basic&#43;</li><li>Strong command of Excel </li><li>Experience with demand and supply planning tools (e.g., SAP APO / IBP / ECC, OMP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, etc)</li><li>Experience with forecasting tools and data visualization platforms is an advantage</li><li>High level of self-management and accountability</li><li>Pharma experience is a big advantage<b> </b></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills: </b></p><ul><li>Data Analytics and Digital</li><li>Inventory Management</li><li>Logistics and Transportation Management</li><li>Master Data</li><li>Operational Excellence</li><li>Order Management</li><li>Resilience and Risk Management</li><li>SAP ERP</li><li>Supply Chain management</li><li>Supply Chain Planning</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Languages:</b></p><ul><li>English.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Skills Desired</b></p>Data Analytics and Digital, Inventory Management, Logistics and Transportation Management, Master Data, Operational Excellence, Order Management, Resilience and Risk Management, Sap Erp, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning
