Logistics Clerk

Join ResMed's VirtuOx team as a Logistics Clerk and play an important role in keeping home sleep testing devices moving efficiently through our operation. Based on-site in Decatur, AL, you'll help ensure devices are received, prepared, programmed, shipped, and returned in excellent condition so patients can complete their testing without unnecessary delays. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality directly contribute to a reliable customer experience. You'll work closely with a collaborative team, learn multiple aspects of the operation, and help maintain the accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards that support our business and the patients we serve.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming shipments of home testing devices and ensure inventory is processed accurately and efficiently.
• Clean, sanitize, and reassemble testing devices using required PPE to maintain quality and safety standards before devices are returned to service.
• Upload testing data and process accompanying documentation to support accurate recordkeeping and timely workflow completion.
• Charge and program testing devices to ensure they are ready for patient use.
• Prepare and ship devices while performing quality assurance checks that help reduce errors and delivery issues.
• Troubleshoot shipping-related issues and help resolve transit concerns to support successful device delivery and return.
• Monitor transit reports and validate addresses to improve shipping accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Restock supplies and support additional operational activities as needed to help the team meet business demands.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of logistics experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high production and quality standards.
• Ability to follow established processes and instructions consistently.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform work that includes sitting and standing throughout the workday.
• Commitment to maintaining professional personal hygiene and grooming standards in accordance with workplace safety, health, and company policies.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment environment.
• Experience handling quality assurance or inventory-related processes.
• Experience working with shipping documentation or address verification.
