We’re hiring a<span> </span><b>Logistic Center Technician</b><span> </span>to support our operations in Hoofddorp. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of temperature-controlled shippers and maintaining high standards in warehouse processes.</p><p></p><p>This is a<span> </span><b>shift-based role</b>, with two fixed options:<br />• Early shift: 06:00–15:00<br />• Day shift: 08:00–17:00<br />Each shift includes a 1-hour break.</p><p></p><h2>&#x1f527;<span> <b>Your daily duties</b></span></h2><ul><li><h2>Receive, inspect, clean, and test temperature-controlled shippers.</h2></li><li><h2>Process shipments using Cryoportal 2.0 in line with SOPs and work instructions.</h2></li><li><h2>Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.</h2></li><li><h2>Operate mechanical equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.</h2></li><li><h2>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.</h2></li><li><h2>Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support logistics operations.</h2></li><li><h2>Participate in audits and facility presentations when needed.</h2></li></ul><p></p><p>If you hold a valid<span> </span><b>Class B driver’s license</b><span> </span>and are comfortable driving, you may occasionally support short delivery routes (less than a day) as a<span> </span><b>back-up driver</b>—only if you’re in agreement.</p><p></p><h2>&#x1f9e0;<span> </span><b>What You Bring</b></h2><ul><li><h2>HAVO or VWO level education.</h2></li><li><h2>Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform frequent physical tasks.</h2></li><li><h2>Strong organizational and communication skills.</h2></li><li><h2>Proficiency in English and basic computer tools (Chrome/Edge, Microsoft Office).</h2></li><li><h2>Experience in warehouse operations (pick/pack, inventory control) is a plus.</h2></li><li><h2>Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, Lean Six Sigma, or Kanban is an advantage.</h2></li></ul><p></p><p>Join a team that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
