Manage localization deliverables, schedules, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external language service providers.
Maintain terminology databases, translation memories, style guides, and support localization quality activities.
Leverage AI, automation, and language technology solutions to improve localization quality and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to optimize, standardize, and scale localization workflows.
Analyze localization metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current with emerging language technologies and localization best practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluency in English, Finnish and proficiency at least in one European language or Simplified/Traditional Chinese.
Experience in localization, language technology, translation project coordination, technical documentation, content management, or a related field.
Strong project coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Interest in AI, automation, and technology-enabled ways of working.
Previous experience with medical or technical translations.
Experience using computer-assisted translation tools, such as Trados Studio, and content management or authoring systems (e.g., Astoria, Oxygen).
Proactive, solution-oriented, and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Passion for language technology, AI, and continuous improvement.
Ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and ways of working.
