You will partner with commercial, regulatory, medical, supply chain and global quality teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, coach colleagues and build strong working relationships. This role offers visible impact, development opportunities and the chance to help GSK unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.</p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis"><b>Key responsibilities</b></span></p><ul><li>Provide local commercial quality oversight for GSK products and supply activities across Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Maintain and continuously improve local Quality Management System documentation, procedures and work instructions.</li><li>Support inspection and audit readiness; act as local quality contact for external audits and regulatory interactions.</li><li>Coach and train commercial and cross‑functional teams on quality expectations and good practices.</li><li>Monitor and report quality performance metrics and trends to local and global stakeholders.</li><li>Drive improvements and participate in cross‑functional quality initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis"><b>Required qualifications</b></span></p><ul><li>Saudi National.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality within a regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical products environment.</li><li>Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and relevant Saudi regulatory requirements.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA.</li><li>Strong written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.</li><li>Able to work on-site in Saudi Arabia; primarily on-site with occasional hybrid flexibility as business needs dictate.</li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis"><b>Preferred qualifications</b></span></p><ul><li>Experience in commercial quality activities (e.g., promotional compliance, complaints handling, product launches).</li><li>Familiarity with global quality systems and operating in a matrix organisation.</li><li>Experience supporting regulatory inspections or audits.</li><li>Training or certification in quality management, auditing or investigation techniques.</li><li>Experience implementing process improvements or digital quality tools.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis"><b>Work arrangement</b></span></p><p>This role is based in Saudi Arabia and is primarily on-site.
