You gain hands‑on experience with LMS administration, eLearning production and global learning workflows while working closely with an experienced team.</div><div><b>Please make sure to send the English version of Your CV!</b></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div><div><h2><b>Your tasks include</b></h2><ul><li>Handle daily LMS operations such as course and class setup, enrollments, and basic troubleshooting</li><li>Update course pages, upload learning materials and maintain catalog structure</li><li>Provide first‑line support to learners and instructors and escalate issues when needed</li><li>Prepare simple reports, statistics and dashboards (e.g., enrollments, completions, engagement)</li><li>Build basic eLearning modules in Articulate 360 (Storyline), including templates, quizzes and interactions</li><li>Support content creation using image and video tools, including AI‑based narration workflows (scripts/voice‑over)</li><li>Perform quality checks on courses (links, interactions, quiz logic, SCORM/xAPI packaging, captions)</li><li>Publish and upload finished eLearning content to the LMS (Docebo/QIAlearn)</li><li>Assist with content updates, versioning and basic localization tasks (export/import files)</li></ul></div><p></p><p></p><div><h2><b>Your profile</b></h2><ul><li>You are an enrolled student who is open to sign a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)</li><li>You communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written</li><li>You are available <b>30+ hours per week</b> for <b>12 months</b></li><li>You work in an organized way, pay attention to detail and enjoy troubleshooting simple issues</li><li>You feel comfortable learning new digital tools and technologies quickly</li></ul><div><b>Nice to have:</b></div><ul><li>Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo) or tools such as Articulate 360 or Camtasia</li><li>Basic knowledge of instructional design topics such as SCORM, accessibility, captions or AI narration</li></ul></div></div></div><p>ㅤ</p><p><b>About QIAGEN</b></p><p></p><p>Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
