The Learning Partner actively collaborates with Learning Institutes and Labs, and engages with local business leaders, Talent Management, and other in-market stakeholders to identify learning needs and skills gaps. This input is used to inform the annual learning plan.<br />Based on this, the Learning Partner develops an in-market deployment plan aligned with the annual learning strategy.<br />This ensures that local learning initiatives are aligned with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), skills assessments, Sanofi’s strategic objectives, and specific local needs.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Main Responsibilities</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Partner with in-market buiness and P&C stakeholders to understand up- and reskilling needs</p></li><li><p>Collect <b>local capability & skills gaps and requirements </b>and share with the Head of Local Learning</p></li><li><p>Develop <b>local deployment plans</b>, in alignment with the annual learning plan, for the respective market and GBU/GF, covering both functional and transversal needs</p></li><li><p>Implement <b>local deployment plans</b> for the respective market and GBU/GF in partnership with Global Learning Services</p></li><li><p>Create an <b>engagement plan </b>for the respective market and GBU/GF, aligning with their specific needs and objectives</p></li><li><p>Localize <b>communications material </b>to the specific markets</p></li><li><p>Implement <b>local engagement plan</b> for the respective market and GBU/GF in partnership with Global Learning Services</p></li><li><p>Partner with Global Learning Services to analyse<b> feedback from learners</b>, share with Head of Local Learning and actively drive<b> continuous improvement </b>to ensure a positive learning experience</p></li><li><p>Customize<b> learning programs </b>to <b>local requirements </b>with support and in close collaboration with Global Learning Services, incl. adapting to local standards, norms and cultural aspects and overseeing translations</p></li><li><p>Act as a Subject Matter Expert faciliator, where applicable</p></li><li><p>Identify and source SME facilitators in alignment with local deployment plan <b>facilitation of trainings </b>while ensuring all logistics are properly arranged for each training session</p></li></ul><p><b><u>About You </u></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in related field required.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 10 years of learning and development function and/or relevant business experience in the context of a matrixed organization</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in project management and planning</p></li><li><p>Understanding of 3E’s (Education, Exposure, Experience) and how to subscribe in both the development and learning setting.</p></li><li><p>Proven communication and engagement skills with a well-developed ability to efficiently and productively communicate both verbally and in writing (English & Mandarin)</p></li><li><p>Advanced technical proficiency for use in live Training</p></li><li><p>Outstanding organizational skills, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal skills (with demonstrated stakeholder management, conflict management / resolution in group dynamic)</p></li><li><p>Experience working with senior business stakeholders to influence and be a credible business partner at all levels within the organization.</p></li><li><p>Strong facilitation skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Pursue</b> progress, <b>Discover </b>extraordinary</p><p>Better is out there.
