As a LEAP intern, you will be welcomed as a full member of the team — contributing to real projects, learning from experienced colleagues, and growing in an environment that champions inclusion and development.</p><p></p><p>---</p><p></p><p>Main Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>• <b>Sales Support:</b> Assist the vaccine sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, data entry, and the preparation of sales reports to help the team stay organized and focused on their goals.</p><p>• <b>Project Operations:</b> Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of ongoing projects, helping to ensure activities run smoothly and on schedule.</p><p>• <b>Marketing Collaboration:</b> Work alongside the Marketing team to help execute campaigns, track deliverables, and ensure key milestones are met on time.</p><p>• <b>Monitoring &amp; Reporting:</b> Track project performance indicators, prepare regular status updates, and maintain dashboards that give the team clear visibility into progress.</p><p>• <b>Data Management:</b> Keep customer relationship management systems up to date, compile sales data from various sources, and prepare clear analysis reports to support decision-making.</p><p>• <b>Event Support:</b> Help organize and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and promotional events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and professionally.</p><p></p><p>---</p><p></p><p>About You</p><p></p><p>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and contribute. You do not need prior professional experience — what matters most is your curiosity, your willingness to take initiative, and your ability to work well with others.</p><p></p><p>• <b>Experience:</b> No prior professional experience required. Any academic project work, volunteering, or extracurricular involvement that demonstrates organizational or analytical skills is a plus.</p><p></p><p>• <b>Soft Skills:</b></p><p>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once</p><p>• Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in conversation</p><p>• Collaborative team player who is comfortable working across different functions</p><p>• Proactive and self-motivated, with a genuine interest in learning</p><p>• Attentive to detail and committed to delivering quality work</p><p></p><p>• <b>Technical Skills:</b></p><p>• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint</p><p>• Familiarity with data entry and basic data analysis</p><p>• Experience with or willingness to learn customer relationship management (CRM) tools</p><p>• Ability to create clear, well-structured reports and presentations</p><p></p><p>• <b>Education:</b> Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.</p><p></p><p>• <b>Languages:</b></p><p>• Turkish: Fluent (required)</p><p>• English: Professional working proficiency (required)</p><p></p><p>---</p><p></p><p>Pursue Progress, Discover Extraordinary</p><p></p><p>Better is out there.
