Join our Tablet Compression & Coating team at our Lüleburgaz manufacturing site as part of Sanofi's LEAP Program – a unique opportunity designed to give early career talent hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Our team is at the heart of producing life-changing medications, and we are committed to developing the next generation of manufacturing professionals in a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

As a LEAP Intern, you will work alongside experienced team and field leaders, gaining real-world experience in tablet compression and coating processes while contributing meaningfully to our day-to-day operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Support team and equipment leaders in the daily execution of tablet compression and coating processes

• Track and monitor line efficiency metrics, helping to identify trends and flag deviations to the relevant leaders

• Follow up on file controls and documentation, ensuring records are up to date and aligned with internal standards

• Collect and enter Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) data into relevant systems accurately and on time

• Coordinate with field leaders to follow up on required actions and support the complete and smooth execution of tablet compression and coating processes

• Learn and apply pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and quality principles in a real production environment

• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities as a contributing team member

About you

We welcome students who are curious, motivated, and eager to grow in the pharmaceutical manufacturing field.

Experience: 3rd or 4th year Chemistry or Chemical Engineering students

Soft skills: Curiosity and eagerness to learn, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills, ability to adapt in a dynamic production environment

Technical skills: Basic computer literacy and data entry skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; an interest in manufacturing systems, HSE principles, and GMP practices is an advantage

Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university or technical program in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, industrial operations, or a related field

Languages: Turkish required; basic English skills are a plus
