Our team is at the heart of producing life-changing medications, and we are committed to developing the next generation of manufacturing professionals in a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment.</p><p></p><p>As a LEAP Intern, you will work alongside experienced team and field leaders, gaining real-world experience in tablet compression and coating processes while contributing meaningfully to our day-to-day operations.</p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p>• Support team and equipment leaders in the daily execution of tablet compression and coating processes</p><p>• Track and monitor line efficiency metrics, helping to identify trends and flag deviations to the relevant leaders</p><p>• Follow up on file controls and documentation, ensuring records are up to date and aligned with internal standards</p><p>• Collect and enter Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) data into relevant systems accurately and on time</p><p>• Coordinate with field leaders to follow up on required actions and support the complete and smooth execution of tablet compression and coating processes</p><p>• Learn and apply pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and quality principles in a real production environment</p><p>• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities as a contributing team member</p><p></p><p>About you</p><p></p><p><i>We welcome students who are curious, motivated, and eager to grow in the pharmaceutical manufacturing field.</i></p><p></p><p>• <b>Experience:</b> 3rd or 4th year Chemistry or Chemical Engineering students</p><p>• <b>Soft skills:</b> Curiosity and eagerness to learn, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills, ability to adapt in a dynamic production environment</p><p>• <b>Technical skills:</b> Basic computer literacy and data entry skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; an interest in manufacturing systems, HSE principles, and GMP practices is an advantage</p><p>• <b>Education:</b> Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university or technical program in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, industrial operations, or a related field</p><p>• <b>Languages:</b> Turkish required; basic English skills are a plus</p><p></p><p>Pursue progress, discover extraordinary</p><p></p><p>Better is out there.
