As part of our team, you&#39;ll gain hands-on experience in a real manufacturing setting, work alongside passionate professionals, and contribute to work that truly matters.</p><p></p><p>Main Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>• Support daily production operations within the Cephalosporin Sterile manufacturing unit</p><p>• Participate in production process monitoring and documentation activities</p><p>• Assist in quality control procedures and compliance activities</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Operations</p><p>• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects</p><p>• Learn and apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards in a live production environment</p><p>• Support data analysis and reporting activities</p><p>• Participate in safety and environmental programs</p><p></p><p>---</p><p></p><p>About You</p><p></p><p>• <b>Experience:</b> Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate program in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or in the first year of a graduate program in the same fields. A passion for pharmaceutical manufacturing and production processes is key.
