<p>LEAP Intern - Communications (Employer Branding)</p><p></p><p><b>Location:</b> Istanbul, Turkey</p><p></p><p>---</p><p></p><p>About the Job</p><p></p><p>Our Team</p><p></p><p>The P&amp;C Communications team plays a pivotal role in shaping Sanofi&#39;s employer brand and supporting talent acquisition across the Eurasia region. Our mission is to attract top talent and strengthen our market position through strategic employer branding initiatives — from compelling content and campaigns to meaningful candidate and employee experiences. We work closely with the Talent Acquisition Eurasia team and the International Employer Branding team to bring Sanofi&#39;s culture and values to life, both internally and externally.</p><p></p><p>Main Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Eurasia and International Employer Branding teams to develop and execute employer branding campaigns that attract top talent and strengthen our market position</p><p>• Contribute to content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn and internal platforms showcasing company culture and employee stories</p><p>• Assist in the planning and execution of career fairs, university partnerships, and employer branding events</p><p>• Help design and distribute internal and external communications related to employer branding initiatives</p><p>• Support the effective execution of the LEAP Long-Term Internship Program and other Early Career initiatives at local and regional levels</p><p>• Participate in ongoing People &amp; Culture projects and contribute creative ideas for improvement</p><p>• Support the People &amp; Culture transformation journey by developing communication templates, generating innovative ideas, and contributing to change management activities</p><p>• Monitor and follow up on employee job descriptions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards</p><p>• Execute translations of People &amp; Culture materials and documentation to support our diverse, multinational workforce</p><div><p></p></div><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>About You</p><p></p><p>• <b>Education:</b> Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year university student, preferably in Visual Arts, Communications, New Media or a related field</p><p></p><p>• <b>Soft skills:</b></p><p>• Demonstrated collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams</p><p>• Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and contributing to organizational excellence</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</p><p>• Exceptional presentation and communication skills</p><p></p><p>• <b>Technical skills:</b></p><p>• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</p><p>• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)</p><p>• Content creation and design capabilities</p><p></p><p>• <b>Languages:</b></p><p>• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)</p><p>• Additional language skills a plus</p><p></p><p>---</p><p></p><p>Pursue progress, discover extraordinary</p><p></p><p>Better is out there.
