<p>Job title – Lean Manufacturing Project Manager (Onsite)</p><p>Salary Range- 9<span>0,500.00 - 120,700.00 - 150,900.00 USD Annual</span></p><p><b>Job Title:                       </b>Lean Manufacturing Project Manager</p><p><b>Department:                 </b>3020 Acton Plant G&amp;A</p><p><b>FLSA Status:                </b>Exempt</p><p><b>Position Overview:</b></p><p>The Lean Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for leading and designing Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization. This role will manage all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement by using Lean methodologies and tools to accomplish business objectives.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Develops, implements, and controls standard work for all departments</li><li>Deliver manufacturing enhancements that result in cost reductions, OEE improvements, operational diligence, and increased in capacity</li><li>Leads Kaizen events and drives continuous improvement activities</li><li>Conduct value stream mapping to enhance the flow of materials and information</li><li>Manage projects and problem solving with lean six sigma tools such as (but not limited to) DMAIC, Kaizen, PDCA, and 5S/6S</li><li>Daily, Weekly, and Monthly report out of all continuous improvement efforts</li><li>Recommend enhancements for layout, safety, and equipment upgrades</li><li>Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures</li><li>Mentor/Coach employees with the result in an increase the number of those Green Belt certified</li><li>Plans and budgets all continuous improvement efforts without disrupting the plant’s goals</li><li>Must be knowledgeable and stay current on multiple department’s processes</li><li>Collaborates with department heads to understand needs and opportunities</li><li>Flexing work schedule to support the off shifts</li><li>Performs other duties as required</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education and Experience:</b></p><p>Minimum Requirements:<br />• Bachelor&#39;s Level of Degree in the Engineering or related technical discipline field of study<br />• 3 years of demonstrated experience in a project management working in a technical discipline,<br />• Knowledgeable of the US and International Medical Device and Drug Delivery Regulations<br />• Knowledgeable of product development lifecycle, including software and or disposable development• Proficiency in project management, planning and organizing.<br />• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).<br />• Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.<br />• Ability to foster teamwork to work cooperatively and effectively with team members<br />• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment<br />• Working knowledge of: MS Office products, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.<br />• Proficient with Medical Device regulations (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, 21 CFR part 820.30-Design Controls).</p><p>Green Belt Certified</p><p><b>Preferred Skills and Competencies:         </b></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to present to varying levels of the organization</li><li>Strong ability to set goals and timelines</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)</li><li>Proficient in SolidWorks</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements (if applicable):          </b></p><p></p><ul><li>Willing/Able to stand and walk up to 75% of the day</li><li>Flexible with work schedule as working off shifts is necessary</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed</li></ul><p><br /> </p><p>NOTE: This position requires on-site working (requires on-site office/plant/lab work). #LI-Onsite</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Additional Information:</p>&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;Compensation &amp; Benefits:&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $90,500.00 - $135,800.00&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:&amp;#xa;• Medical, dental, and vision insurance&amp;#xa;• 401(k) with company match&amp;#xa;• Paid time off (PTO)&amp;#xa;• And additional employee wellness programs&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;Application Details:&amp;#xa;This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.&amp;#xa;To apply, please visit the Insulet Careers site and submit your application online.&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;Actual pay depends on skills, experience, and education.<div><p></p><p>Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD), headquartered in Massachusetts, is an innovative medical device company dedicated to simplifying life for people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod product platform.
