<h1><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></h1>The Leader, Talent Management - USCAN PDx is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of scalable talent management practices across a high growth, high margin Pharmaceutical Diagnostics business. Reporting to the USCAN PDx HR Leader, this role serves as a key member of the PDx HR leadership team and operates as a trusted partner in translating people and talent strategy into disciplined, repeatable processes that enable business growth.<br>The role is accountable for designing, adapting, standardizing, and deploying core talent management processes—including talent review, succession planning, development planning, leadership capability building, and culture activation—within an organization that is evolving from entrepreneurial roots toward greater scale and maturity.<br>This position requires a leader who brings strong business acumen, deep talent expertise, and hands on execution capability, and who thrives in fast paced, ambiguous environments with opportunity to build foundational infrastructure.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><u><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></u></p><p>Talent Management Strategy & Execution</p><ul><li>Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of USCAN PDx talent management processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, and bench strength initiatives.</li><li>Translate enterprise talent frameworks into practical, business‑relevant tools and operating rhythms that support PDx growth and leadership effectiveness.</li><li>Ensure consistent application of talent practices while allowing flexibility for business‑specific needs.</li><li>Own key business metric focused on critical role succession plans.</li></ul><p>Process Excellence & Standardization</p><ul><li>Own end‑to‑end execution of annual and multi‑year talent processes, ensuring quality, rigor, and accountability.</li><li>Establish standards, governance, and documentation to support repeatability and scalability.</li><li>Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and improve talent processes as the organization matures.</li></ul><p>Leadership Development & Culture</p><ul><li>Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed leadership expectations, performance mindset, and desired cultural behaviors.</li><li>Support leadership development priorities, including first‑time people leaders, successor readiness, and high‑potential talent.</li><li>Act as a culture carrier, reinforcing GE HealthCare Operating Principles through talent systems and leader practices.</li></ul><p>Data, Insights & Advisory Partnership</p><ul><li>Monitor and analyze key talent metrics; proactively surface insights, risks, and trends.</li><li>Provide data‑informed recommendations to the PDx HR Leader and HRBPs to support talent and organization decisions.</li><li>Serve as a thought partner and executor to the PDx HR Leader, supporting translation of strategy into action.</li></ul><p>Enterprise & COE Partnership</p><ul><li>Partner closely with People & Culture Centers of Excellence (Talent, Learning, Total Rewards, Analytics, Listening) to deploy solutions effectively.</li><li>Represent PDx in enterprise talent forums and initiatives, ensuring alignment with GE HealthCare practices.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Required Qualifications</b></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 11 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).</li><li>7+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HRBP‑adjacent roles.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Desired Characteristics</b></u></p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience building and executing talent processes in growth or transformation environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Experience operating in matrixed organizations and influencing without formal authority.</li><li>Strong project and process leadership skills with a bias for execution.</li><li>Business‑oriented mindset with ability to connect talent practices to outcomes.</li><li>Comfortable working in ambiguity and evolving environments.</li><li>Strong collaboration, influencing, and communication skills.</li><li>Results‑driven, pragmatic, and disciplined.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.&#xa;&#xa;For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $142,400.00-$213,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
