The Leader Electrical Design Engineer will perform design and debug tasks in new product development, as well as design tasks to achieve the yearly cost down target of products in mass production(VCP), also provide technical support for issue analysis and solution of released products.

Job Description

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

- Work with HW & SW engineer to identify and resolve product issues through root cause analysis, then development of cost-effective solutions, and by overseeing successful implementation into production

- Hardware related design change to normally components EOL and build related verification plan and make summary for verification result.

- Work with engineering leader and sourcing team to generate yearly VCP plan, and make all related Hardware design tasks and make verification plan, make and follow schedule to assure its implementation.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. B.S. Degree in Electrical or related technical degree and 3+ years of working experience in electrical circuit design area.

2. Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills

3. Ability to work independently.

4. Demonstrated good communication skills.

5. Demonstrated good understanding with quality process control.

Desired

Good electrical circuit design skills. Good MCU firmware coding skills. Good Power / Battery management related design skills is preferred. Regulatory (Safety & EMC) knowledge for medical products. Demonstrated program or project management skills Clear think and good logical thinking are preferred.
