<p style="text-align:left"><b>Work Schedule</b></p>Standard (Mon-Fri)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Environmental Conditions</b></p>Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>ESCRIPTION</b>:</p><p>Title岗位: Lead Maintenance Technician<br />Location工作地点: Suzhou<br />Organization组织: China Operations-Suzhou</p><p>Reports to汇报对象: Cell Manager or Supervisor<br /><br />Position Summary 岗位概述:<br />Be responsible for equipment maintenance to support production, ensuring all maintenance activities comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and company policies. 负责设备维护以支持生产&#xff0c;并确保所有维护活动符合EHS&#xff08;环境、健康与安全&#xff09;法规和公司政策。<br /><br />Key Responsibilities关键职责&#xff1a;<br />• Performs problem solving on Reagent Production equipment in compliance with EHS standards and lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures. 按照EHS标准和上锁挂牌&#xff08;LOTO&#xff09;程序&#xff0c;进行试剂生产设备的在线问题处理。</p><p>• Performs formulation, filling and packaging equipment daily maintenance and preventive maintenance, ensuring all operations meet safety requirements and identifying potential EHS hazards in a timely manner. 执行配液、灌装及包装设备的日保养及预防性保养&#xff0c;确保所有操作符合安全要求&#xff0c;并及时识别潜在的EHS隐患。<br />• Performs DI water system daily operation and monthly or annual maintenance, adhering to relevant environmental and safety protocols. 进行纯水系统的日常运行&#xff0c;以及月度或年度维护&#xff0c;并遵守相关的环境与安全规程。<br />• Support the normal operation with a focus on safe work practices and emergency response preparedness. 协助正常的生产操作&#xff0c;重点关注安全作业实践和应急响应准备。<br />• Support the validation and verification of production equipment or process, ensuring EHS compliance throughout. 支持生产设备或生产过程的验证和确认&#xff0c;确保全过程符合EHS要求。<br />• Assist and Lead the continuous improvement of the production process focusing on safety, quality and productivity. 协助和领导生产过程的持续改进&#xff0c;关注于安全、质量和生产效率。<br />• Actively participate in EHS training, audits, and incident investigations, and promote a safety culture within the team. 积极参与EHS培训、审核和事故调查&#xff0c;并在团队中推广安全文化。<br />• Participate in EHS inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations as required. 按要求参与EHS检查、风险评估和事件调查。<br />• Other tasks assigned, including EHS-related duties. 以及其他分配的任务&#xff0c;包括EHS相关职责。</p><p><br /><b>REQUIREMENTS</b>:</p><p>Educational Qualifications:<br />College Above or equivalent (major in mechatronics, automation or related).大专以上及同等学历(机电一体化&#xff0c;自动化或相关专业)<br /><br />Experience and Other Qualifications:<br />• At least 3 years operation or maintenance experience on manufacturing.3年以上生产制造业操作或设备维护经验<br />• Not limit on male or female, good working attitude, honest, patient and careful男女不限&#xff0c;良好的工作态度&#xff0c;正直&#xff0c;仔细<br />• Would like to attend OT if required. 愿意按公司的要求服从加班的需要<br />• Chemical reagent experience is preferred有化学试剂生产经验优先</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
