Our expertise lies in the development and production of various softgel technologies.<br /><br />How Will You Make an Impact?:</p><p><br />Supervise Gelatin Associates<br />Guide and support gelatin associates during mixing, melting, and transfer processes.</p><p>Ensure team members follow SOPs and GMP procedures.</p><p>Oversee gelatin batch preparation according to the Batch Production Record (BPR).</p><p>Verify correct gel code, lot numbers, temperature, and timing.</p><p>Monitor gelatin tanks, mixers, and transfer lines.</p><p>Knowledge of SAP systems (preferred)</p><p>Troubleshooting, Problem solving Skills</p><p>Address issues related to gelatin quality, mixing, or equipment.</p><p>Coordinate with maintenance or quality teams if needed.</p><p>Coordinate with Encapsulation Lead, Production Supervisors, and Quality Assurance.</p><p>Communicate batch status and any deviations.</p><p><br />A Day in the Life:</p><p></p><p>Manufacture simple, Bulk products</p><p>Observe machine operation, take samples of product, and perform in-process testing</p><p><span>Train new associates on gelatin preparation procedures.</span></p><p><span>Ensure team follows safety protocols and PPE requirements.</span></p><p><span>Ensure rooms and equipment are cleaned and ready for production.</span></p><p>Assist with cleanup and other Gelatin duties as needed<br /><br />Education:</p><p><br />High school diploma or equivalent required.<br /><br />Experience:</p><p><br />Required: Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field<br />Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment<br /><br />Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</p><p><br />Excellent verbal and written skills</p><p>Ability to interpret data, perform basic calculations, and troubleshoot</p><p>Ability to work 12-hour shift in a 24-hour, 7 day per week operation</p><p>Meet DEA security clearance requirements if requested</p><p>Must have the flexibility to work additional hours when needed<br /><br />Physical Requirements / Work Environment</p><p><br />Must have the ability to regularly lift, push, or transport items weighing up to 50 pounds</p><p>Adherence to all GMP safety standards</p><p>Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc. allowed</p><p>Loud noises (equipment/machinery)</p><p>Some degree of PPE required ( Safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc. )</p><p>Standing for full shift<br />Working at heights</p><p><br />What We Offer:<br /><br />Compensation<br />Competitive Pay<br />Performance Related Bonus where eligible<br />Annual merit performance-based increase<br /><br />Excellent Benefits!</p><p><br />Medical, Dental &amp; Vision benefits<br />Paid Time Off/Designated Paid Holidays</p><p>Retirement Savings Plan</p><p>Tuition Reimbursement<br />Employee Referral Bonus<br />Career Advancement Opportunities</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
