Work Flexibility: Onsite<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><span>What you will do</span></b>:</p><div><ul><li>Oversee end-to-end credit operations, including credit hold/release processes aligned with approved credit terms and organizational policies.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with company credit policies across all customer accounts.</li><li>Manage daily credit activities in collaboration with cross-functional internal teams.</li><li>Develop, manage, and distribute accurate and timely customer credit MIS reports to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Create and maintain AR MIS dashboards to support business heads in periodic credit reviews and informed decision-making.</li><li>Design and generate audit-ready and analytics-ready reports/dashboards tailored to regional and global requirements.</li><li>Manage complete customer onboarding and settlement processes, including end‑to‑end lifecycle mapping and continuous process improvements.</li><li>Support key customer account reconciliations and ensure closure of operational gaps.</li><li>Maintain and govern customer master data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and proper categorization.</li><li>Identify and eliminate duplicate records and conduct monthly data integrity checks.</li><li>Conduct regular stakeholder calls across geographies to align credit processes with India-specific requirements. Address and resolve customer queries promptly while maintaining proactive communication.</li><li>Leverage strong IT proficiency—especially in <b>JDE</b> and <b>Business Intelligence (BI) tools</b>—to drive process automation and enable data-driven decision-making</li></ul></div><p></p><p><b>What you need:</b></p><div><ul><li><b>Minimum 5 years of experience</b> in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Credit Management roles.</li><li><b>Prior industry experience</b> in a similar domain is preferred.</li><li><b>Qualified finance professional</b> (e.g., MBA Finance, CA, CMA, or equivalent) with strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.</li><li>Demonstrated <b>operational acumen</b>, with the ability to manage high‑volume, execution‑focused credit and AR processes.</li><li>Strong proficiency in <b>MS Office tools</b>, particularly <b>Excel</b> (advanced formulas, data analysis) and <b>PowerPoint</b> (presentations, dashboards).</li><li>A <b>high‑ownership mindset</b> with a dedicated, accountable, and proactive approach to responsibilities</li></ul></div><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 20%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
