Notre pôle Global Insight & Data Analytics Dermo-Cosmétique Pierre Fabre, est à la recherche de son nouveau Lead CMI Data & Analytics, un poste clé dans l’élévation de la maturité de nos insights et de notre data , qui au cœur de la transformation de nos marques et de leur supériorité.
Notre challenge au quotidien dans l’équipe : élever notre compréhension du marché & nos innovations et ce grâce à des insights précis et actionnables, pour guider, de manière plus prédictives nos directions de marques et directions générale dermo- cosmétique.
Ainsi, nous plaçons la data au service des insights, afin d’accélérer la compréhension des marchés, d’anticiper les comportements consommateurs et de nourrir les décisions marketing et d’innovation.
Au sein de l’équipe Global Insight & Data Analytics, vous évoluerez dans un écosystème unique où se rencontrent Consumer & Market Insight, Digital, Commercial, Innovation et développement Produit, au sein d’une verticale Data Hub Dermo-Cosmétique Pierre Fabre
Ce poste combine :
Votre périmètre couvre à la fois les marques Globales en majeur & les zones France, Espagne, Italie, Allemagne et Chine à accélérer.
Votre ambition : élever simultanément notre maturité insight et Data IA, pour ancrer la donnée au cœur de nos décisions business.
Bac+5 (commerce, statistiques, marketing, data science).
Min 8- 9 ans d’expérience minimum en CMI, Data Insights, Market Research ou Data Science appliquée au marketing.
Bonne connaissance des enjeux du marché, de notre modèle d’affaire ou FMCG/Luxe
Expertise confirmée en digital, panels et data marketing (IQVIA, Nielsen, Circana, GfK, Google Analytics, social listening, média).
Leadership transversal affirmé, forte capacité d’influence et excellente communication stratégique au niveau C Level.
Maîtrise des outils BI (Power BI, Tableau…) et des applications IA (machine learning, LLM ).
Bonne connaissance des outils de social listening (Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr).
Capacité à transformer des POC IA en produits data concrets et scalables.
