Adheres to the compliance of components, parts, and documents with quality specifications before advancing to subsequent stages of the process, ensuring product integrity and quality assurance.
Operates and oversees all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group, executing standard and complex production tasks in strict accordance with instructions.
Monitors output quality diligently, promptly identifying and addressing any instances of faulty products, while maintaining meticulous records of daily production activities and pilot runs for performance analysis.
Ensures effective communication and collaboration within the team, maintaining positive working relationships with supervisors and coworkers, and providing certification level job training
You're the right fit if:
You have a High school diploma, Vocational Education or equivalent\
1+ year of experience managing or leading a team of employees
Your preferred skills/certifications include Lean Six Sigma, Safety and Health Fundamentals or equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in PA is $22.18 to $35.00, plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
