LabTech, Inc. is a leading global technology company specializing in laboratory products and innovative solutions for sample preparation and scientific analysis. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven laboratory business developer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales growth by actively promoting and selling LabTech products and services through resellers and distribution channels within the assigned territory. - Identify and develop new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships to maximize revenue potential. - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including market analysis, forecasting, and competitive positioning to expand market share. - Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving new customer acquisitions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of sales plans and operational execution for LabTech products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Environmental Science is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or technical consultation is preferred but not required. Proven ability to develop and maintain executive-level customer relationships and drive long-term business growth. Strong sales acumen with experience in quota setting, forecasting, and revenue management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proactive and energetic approach. Completion of sales training and relevant industry certifications is a plus. Valid driver license.
