Lab Technician PD (F/M)

We are looking for a Lab Technician PD (F/M) based in Aubagne.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Within the Bioreactors Technologies - Manufacturing consumables team, you produce bioreactors prototypes (STR, RM, and Univessels) and manage, improve, and conduct validation tests for these bioreactors.</p><p></p><p><b>Grow with us - your responsibilities :</b><br />In compliance with quality rules and procedures, notably ISO and GMP/GDP:<br /> </p><h2><b>Prototype Production:</b></h2><ul><li>Produce prototype bags for internal teams as well as for client testing: organizing the production, ordering components, assembling the bags according to the requester&#39;s requirements, packaging, and shipping, possibly providing feedback to the requester<br /> </li></ul><h2><b>Test Preparation</b></h2><ul><li>Align with the requester to ensure a clear understanding of expectations and deliverables, and organize the test accordingly</li><li>Deepen and develop knowledge related to equipments</li><li>Propose adaptation &amp; improvements of existing methods in collaboration with the qualification engineer</li><li>Propose/modify tests and apply established test protocols, formalize test requests</li><li>Propose and implement new test benches or new testing methods in collaboration with the qualification engineer and the technical leader<br /> </li></ul><h2><b>Test Execution</b></h2><ul><li>Apply safety measures specific to laboratories</li><li>Carry out necessary tests for the project(s) or as requested by the manager</li><li>Be autonomous on complex equipment/tests (combinations of measured variables, or complex variables: mechanical, thermal, etc.)</li><li>Master Good Documentation Practices and traceability requirements for tests/equipment/laboratory activities</li><li>Enter, synthesize, and analyze complex data, format raw data, and draw conclusions (detect outliers, stop tests outside protocol)</li><li>Draft necessary documentation for the project/test: test instructions/protocols and write test reports with/without templates, etc.<br /> </li></ul><h2><b>Technical Support</b></h2><ul><li>Provide technical support for Product Development projects or other departments (Maintenance, Production, Complaints): participation in risk analyses, investigations, feedback on product assembly or tests conducted, involvement in investigations in case of performance issues, sharing technical opinions on proposed concepts, etc.</li><li>Manage storage and shipping/receiving for the project team</li><li>Provide support to international PD teams (training on instructions, duplication of tests/methods/tools/equipment) and teams outside the service (training on instructions, conducting tests for external requesters – Marketing, Operations, Quality, etc.): consider external constraints (scheduling, availability, priority, team size)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What will convince us :</b></p><ul><li>BAC&#43;2/&#43;3 in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or metrology</li><li>Good command of technical English (for reading and writing reports) and B2 level oral comprehension and expression (easy communication and argumentation on general, concrete, or abstract topics)</li><li>Knowledge and experience with STR products and welding components/films</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, CAD, and Visio software</li><li>Ability to summarize, organize, and be meticulous</li><li>Good team spirit</li><li>Mastery of ISO 9001, GMP, GDP, and GLP standards and procedures</li><li>Good command of specific laboratory equipment</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Sartorius </b></p><p></p><p>Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
