Description

We are seeking an experienced lab scientist to join our protein production team in Munich. Collaborating closely with various departments at Crelux, you will work on protein expression projects involving diverse methods and target classes. Your primary responsibilities will include the maintenance of various mammalian cell lines as well as the planning, execution and analysis of expressions at various scales.

Requirements

Master (m/f/d), Bachelor (m/f/d), Technical assistants (m/f/d; MTA, BTA, cm, PTA, ATA, LTA). Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture (e.g., HEK293, CHO), ideally in an industry setting; insect cell culture experience is a strong plus. Sound understanding of gene-to-protein processes and molecular biology fundamentals. Knowledge of protein expression platforms. Familiarity with protein purification and QC workflows. Familiarity with common lab software and IT tools (MS Office, LIMS, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a proactive work ethic. Excellent time management and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
