Position
As the Lab Operations Manager at Eikon, you will be a critical member of our team by supporting scientists and engineers in a fast-paced work environment. You will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations of the laboratories, supporting equipment and supplies, and partnering with EH&S, Facilities, IT, and other teams. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
About You
You are self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and record-keeping skills. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across scientific, engineering, and operational teams. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic research environment. You are proactive and resourceful, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues independently. You enjoy training, supporting, and mentoring team members and laboratory staff. You have a strong commitment to laboratory safety, organization, and operational excellence. You identify opportunities for continuous improvement and take the initiative to implement solutions.

The expected salary range for this role is $121,000 to $145,950 depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.
