This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at translating business needs into scalable system solutions, driving end-to-end implementation, and enabling measurable improvements across supply chain operations in a global environment.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><p><b>Assess business processes and system capabilities</b>, identify functional gaps, and translate requirements into clear solution designs and implementation roadmaps.</p></li><li><p><b>Lead the design and delivery of system enhancements and integrations</b>, with a strong emphasis on <b>data analytics, closed-loop planning execution, and Kinaxis Maestro solution expertise</b>.</p></li><li><p>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, IT, Data, ERP, and Operations) to ensure <b>on-time, high-quality project outcomes</b>.</p></li><li><p>Provide <b>functional leadership and hands-on guidance</b> to project teams throughout analysis, build, test, deployment, and hypercare phases.</p></li><li><p>Drive <b>user enablement and adoption</b> by creating training materials, conducting knowledge transfer, and supporting change management.</p></li><li><p>Own <b>day-to-day application support</b>, issue triage, root cause analysis, and continuous enhancements to improve stability and performance.</p></li><li><p>Champion <b>continuous improvement</b>, optimizing planning workflows, automation, reporting, and system usability.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate emerging capabilities and recommend <b>new features and innovations</b> to improve planning accuracy, responsiveness, and decision-making.</p></li></ul><h2><b>Required Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p><b>5&#43; years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro</b>, including <b>closed-loop implementation and advanced data analytics</b>.</p></li><li><p><b>Minimum 2 Kinaxis Maestro project implementations</b>, with demonstrable delivery ownership.</p></li><li><p><b>10&#43; years of supply chain management experience</b> or related domain expertise (planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution).</p></li><li><p>Proven expertise integrating <b>Kinaxis Maestro with SAP ECC</b> and <b>non-SAP applications</b> (upstream/downstream systems).</p></li><li><p>Strong <b>project leadership</b> and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across functions and levels.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, business-friendly way.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and data-driven decision-making capability.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in <b>data analysis and ERP integration concepts</b> (interfaces, master data, transactional data, reconciliation).</p></li><li><p>Experience in <b>workbook authoring</b>, automation scheduling, and development of <b>reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs</b> within Kinaxis Maestro.</p></li><li><p><b>Kinaxis Level 2 Author Certification (preferred/required as applicable)</b>.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.</p></li><li><p>Post-graduate certifications such as <b>APICS CPIM/CSCP</b> (or equivalent) are a strong plus.</p></li></ul><h2><b>Preferred Skills</b></h2><ul><li><p>Working knowledge of <b>relational databases</b> and <b>query writing</b> (e.g., SQL fundamentals).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with <b>Agile delivery frameworks</b> (Scrum/Kanban) and best practices in IT operations.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Agile tools such as <b>ServiceNow</b> and <b>JIRA</b> for backlog, incident, and delivery management.</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset across global stakeholders.</p></li></ul><h3><b>Education</b></h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant field.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
