We design, manufacture and market water softeners, drinking water filtration systems and related solutions for residential, tertiary and B2B customers.</p><p></p><p>EcoWater Systems is part of Marmon Water, a Berkshire Hathaway company, and operates across Europe through multiple go-to-market models including wholesalers, dealers, direct B2C and strategic B2B partnerships.</p><p>As part of our growth ambition in Europe, we are reinforcing our Belgian organization and are looking for a <b>Key Account & Partnerships Lead BeLux</b><b>&Scan</b> to play a key role in accelerating profitable growth through focus, execution excellence and strong partnerships.</p><p></p><p><b>Your missions:</b></p><p>The Key Account & Partnerships Leader BeLux is a senior sales role with end-to-end responsibility for driving EcoWater’s commercial performance in the BeLux region.</p><p></p><p>Reporting to the Sales Director Belgium, the role combines:</p><ul><li><p>Strategic Key Account management</p></li><li><p>Development of a focused and high-impact dealer network</p></li><li><p>Leadership and coaching of B2B sales representatives</p></li></ul><p>The objective is to move EcoWater BeLux&Scan from a transactional sales approach to a disciplined, partnership-driven and scalable growth model.</p><p></p><p><span>Your areas of responsibilities will be:</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Account Management (Wholesale & Strategic B2B)</span></b><b><span>:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Manage and develop relationships with key wholesalers and strategic B2B partners (e.g. Viessmann, North Star, AEG and equivalent accounts).</p></li><li><p>Build and execute <b>joint business plans</b> with clear growth, mix, pricing and execution priorities.</p></li><li><p>Lead commercial negotiations in line with EcoWater’s value-based pricing strategy.</p></li><li><p>Act as the senior interface between key accounts and EcoWater internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product).</p></li><li><p>Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities and ensure disciplined execution.</p></li></ul><p><b>Dealer network Management (BeLux +Scandinavia+ Ireland)</b><b>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead and develop a small but strategic dealer network, based on a clear segmentation (Committed vs Conservative Dealers).</p></li><li><p>Select, onboard and grow Committed Dealers through structured joint business plans and measurable KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Drive dealer performance across:</p><ul><li><p>Sales growth and product mix</p></li><li><p>Digital maturity and lead management</p></li><li><p>Customer experience and service quality</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Ensure consistent application of EcoWater commercial policies, brand standards and execution rules.</p></li><li><p>Make clear focus and defocus decisions to optimize ROI and resource allocation.</p></li></ul><p><b>B2B Sales Representatives Management</b><b>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead, coach and develop the B2B sales representatives covering the BeLux region.</p></li><li><p>Translate European and regional strategy into clear field priorities and execution plans.</p></li><li><p>Set objectives, monitor performance and drive accountability.</p></li><li><p>Support the transition from transactional selling to value-based and solution-oriented sales.</p></li><li><p>Foster a performance-driven, collaborative and customer-focused sales culture.</p></li></ul><p><b>Your profile:</b><br /> </p><p>To succeed as Key Account & Partnerships Leader BeLux&Scan, you bring a strong mix of commercial leadership, strategic thinking and execution capability. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:</p><ul><li><p><span>Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial roles with increasing responsibility.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience in Key Account Management and complex B2B negotiations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing or developing dealer or partner networks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated people management or coaching experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in technical, industrial, HVAC, water treatment or adjacent B2B environments is a strong advantage.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid financial and commercial acumen (pricing, margin, ROI, business planning, CRM accuracy).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to structure, prioritize and make clear trade-offs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Language Proficiency<b>:</b> fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with daily interaction with European teams and participation in European meetings to drive alignment and share insights.
