Account<span> </span></span><span>Partner</span><span><span> </span></span><span>is responsible for</span><span><span> </span>generating clinical demand for Severe Asthma<span> </span></span></span><span><span>products<span> </span></span></span><span><span>in key accounts,<span> </span></span><span>proactively</span><span><span> </span></span><span>identifying</span><span><span> </span>business opportunities, communicating value propositions aligned to customer needs and<span> </span></span><span>objectives</span><span>, and recommending solutions to drive and develop partnerships with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), Decision Making Unit (DMU), and all key hospital stakeholders, based on a deep scientific understanding of the issues to identify the best opportunities for improving the Patient journey, promote earlier diagnosis and enhance quality of you will:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Find opportunities and define strategies to improve positioning of AZ&#39;s Severe Asthma products at local level, collaborating with the direct manager, cross infield<span> </span></span><span>team</span><span><span> </span>and other relevant functional areas.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Optimize</span><span><span> </span>the patient journey and promote earlier diagnosis, positioning AZ as the partner of choice for driving projects with these key<span> </span></span><span>objectives</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Build partnership strategies with the MDT and other collaborators to enhance quality of care.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Identify</span><span><span> </span>and update all key stakeholders inside each hospital account and create and<span> </span></span><span>maintain</span><span><span> </span>active engagement plans involving Brand team members as needed.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop hospital account plans aligned with brand strategy and goals to unblock / increase brand uptake in the insights about Severe Asthma market development inside each account.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Apply different communication approaches, techniques, and channels to help build knowledge in the MDT and DMU</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded while handling assigned budgets.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Successfully complete all training requirements, including product
