Key Account Manager*in Onkologie (m/w/d)

Als Key Account Manager*in sind Sie zuständig für Verkauf von und Beratung zu Produkten in der Onkologie innerhalb zugelassener Indikationen und mit Fokus auf Nutzen für Verordner und Patienten.

Gebiet: Gesamte Region (Niedersachsen, Bremen, nord-östliches NRW)

Hauptaufgaben:

• Verkauf durch patientenorientierte medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Beratung zum angemessenen Einsatz von Produkten in der Onkologie innerhalb der zugelassenen Indikationen
• Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für die betreuten Produkte in der Region
• Bedarfsorientiertes Key Account-/Gebietsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung interner Standards und Systeme sowie unter aktiver Einbeziehung aller relevanten internen Schnittstellenpartner
• Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen (Präsenz und Digital) zur Fortbildung von Ärzten, Pflege- oder Praxispersonal sowie sonstiger relevanter Zielgruppen inklusive eigener Tätigkeit als Referent oder Moderator vor Kundengruppen
• Unterstützung der Vernetzung von Kunden im Sinne integrierter, sektorenübergreifender Versorgung auf Basis sorgfältiger Situationsanalyse und Klärung gemeinsamer Interessen und Motive
• Durchführung von Projektmanagement-Tätigkeiten (z.B. Betreuung von Kliniken, Qualitätszirkeln, lokalen oder regionalen Netzwerken) im vorgenannten Kontext

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Ausgeprägte Digitale Fähigkeiten; Regionale Betreuung erfordert starke Remote-Kommunikation, datengetriebene Steuerung und Multichannel-Know-how.
• Qualifikation nach § 75 AMG oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Bereich Onkologie und/oder vergleichbarer Spezialprodukte in Praxis und Klinik
• Hohe Kompetenz in regionaler Zusammenarbeit: Stakeholder-Management, Interdisziplinäre Koordination, Erfahrung im Matrix /Cross Functional Working.
• Fähigkeit zur Projekt-orientierten Arbeitsweise (Planung, Umsetzung, Monitoring, Koordination komplexer Account-Pläne)
• Fundiertes Verständnis des Gesundheitsmarketes, einschließlich Prozessabläufen im KH, Patientenpfaden und Versorgungsmodellen
• Kenntnisse über Warenströme und Entscheidungswege in der Klinik und Kundennetzwerken (z.B. AMK, Arzneimittellistung, Konditionsrahmen/-verhandlung)
• Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit und Übernachtungen im Rahmen der Tätigkeit.
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
