We are looking for a Key Account Manager for the South Belgium & the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg to reinforce our Sales team. This is a permanent full-time position based in Belgium. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director BENELUX, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong and long term relationships with key regional customers and key opinion leaders based in South Belgium and in Luxembourg. You will resolve external stakeholder queries and increase revenue by promoting our products and collaborate with sales teams to generate new leads. This position would suit you perfectly if you are driven by a desire to improve patients’ health and have the desire to make things happen. Your responsibilities: - Key Account & KOL Management: Develop and manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strategic accounts to generate new business opportunities in South Belgium and Luxembourg. - Build and maintain strong relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with regional healthcare organizations and key stakeholders; negotiate pricing and margins in line with company strategy. - Market Insights & Strategic Decision-Making: Stay updated with changes in the healthcare landscape; share insights with internal stakeholders. - Impactful Partnerships: Initiate and manage collaborations with stakeholders to support business growth. - Commercial Expertise & Analysis: Provide expertise by analyzing sales, marketing, and health economic data. - Sales Strategy & ROI Analysis: Develop sales strategies and action plans for new products. - Sales Management Support: Support management in enhancing the team’s effectiveness and identifying business opportunities. - Training & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs. Your qualifications & experience: - Degree in biology, pharmacy, biomedical, economics or equivalent based on relevant experience. - 5-10 years of experience in client and KOL relationships within the pharma/medical sector. - Knowledge of territory, purchasing dynamics, and tender procedures. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems & Showpad. - Native French speaker, fluent in English; Dutch is an asset. - Valid Driving License. - Problem solver with innovative approaches. Requirements

Degree in biology, pharmacy, biomedical, economics or equivalent; 5-10 years of experience in pharma/medical sector; knowledge of purchasing dynamics; excellent negotiation and communication skills; native French speaker, fluent in English; valid Driving License.
