We are looking for an early-career candidate - recent university or business school graduate - who is eager to join our Gastroenterology team and help serve patients living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in a field-based role.  The Key Account Manager combines relationship‑building with commercial and scientific thinking to address healthcare challenges and improve patients’ lives.</h2><h1><br />Why this role?</h1><h2>You will step into a meaningful commercial role where science, customer engagement and purpose come together. As part of our Gastroenterology team, you’ll contribute directly to improving the lives of patients with with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)  while gaining hands‑on experience in a highly strategic therapeutic area. This role is an ideal launchpad for early‑career talent looking to develop strong commercial capabilities within a global healthcare leader.</h2><h1><br />What you will do</h1><ul><li><h2>Build strong, trust‑based partnerships with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem (clinical teams, pharmacists, procurement, patient organizations and more).</h2></li><li><h2>Use both commercial and scientific insights to support the development of tactical plans and contribute to impactful cross‑functional projects.</h2></li><li><h2>Lead customer meetings in the field and use our innovative portfolio to deliver solutions that create real value for patients and healthcare providers.</h2></li><li><h2>Identify and maximize business opportunities while building long‑term customer value across key Danish accounts.</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><h1>Who we’re looking for</h1><ul><li><h2>Recent graduate (BSc/MSc/MBA or equivalent) from a university or business school. Early‑career candidates with up to a few years’ experience are encouraged to apply, and we actively encourage applications from candidates with diverse academic and professional backgrounds.</h2></li><li><h2>Passionate, result-oriented and customer-focused.</h2></li><li><h2>Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across functions.</h2></li><li><h2>Comfortable working independently in the field and as part of a cross-functional team.</h2></li><li><h2>Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and projects.</h2></li><li><h2>Fluency in Danish and English.
