Key Account Manager - Hospital and Ambulatory Monitoring, (South Poland) (all genders)

Job Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across Poland, drive sales growth, and support the execution of strategic initiatives within our healthcare portfolio.

Location: the South of Poland, preferably from the Silesian or Lesser Poland

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with hospitals and medical institutions.
  • Maximize order intake, sales results, and price realization.
  • Identify business opportunities within the assigned portfolio and provide value‑adding solutions.
  • Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies for H&AM.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth cooperation with key customers.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to address complex customer needs and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

  • University degree (medical background is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in capital equipment or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Polish.
  • High business acumen and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel intensively.
  • Experience with CRM, market analysis, and creating sales proposals is an advantage.
