Role Purpose
The Key Account Manager has the primary responsibility for selling to a set of accounts and works to meet sales targets for the product portfolio within their therapeutic area whilst ensuring that all account activities are aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s brand strategy and local customer needs.
The purpose of the Key Account Manager is to maximize the business value, both long-term and short-term, in the designated district by coordinating and optimizing cross-functional interactions with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€64,600.00 - €104,880.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
