Key Account Manager Central Poland (all genders)

Job Description

As a Key Account Manager you will drive order intake, sales, and price realization while building strong, long‑term partnerships with key healthcare customers. Covering Mazowieckie and Podlaskie, you will be responsible for developing profitable customer relationships and growing the Imaging Systems portfolio (CT, MRI, DXR, EI) to ensure sustainable business success in your region.

 

Your role:

  • Maximize order intake, sales, and price realization for Imaging Systems equipment within the assigned territory.

  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with key accounts, including hospitals and medical institutions, ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Imaging Systems portfolio, aligned with customer needs and market potential.

  • Act as a trusted partner to customers by understanding their clinical and business challenges and offering appropriate solutions.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of local marketing strategies for Imaging Systems, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Negotiate independently within defined guidelines and sales plans, ensuring sustainable and profitable business outcomes.

 

You’re the right fit if you:

  • Bring experience in sales or account management, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology sector.

  • Have experience with and knowledge of Imaging Systems, which is considered a strong asset.

  • Communicate fluently in both English and Polish, verbally and in writing, with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Show strong business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently within defined frameworks.

  • Are ready for intensive travel within the assigned region.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
