<h2><b>Job Description:</b></h2><p>Key Account Manager<br /><br />Company:** Ferring India.<br /><br />---<br /><br />Job Summary<br /><br />As a Key Account Manager at Ferring India., you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with our most important clients to drive sales growth and ensure long-term customer success within the pharmaceutical industry.<br /><br />---<br /><br />Job Responsibilities</p><p><br />* Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for key pharmaceutical products.<br />* Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts, demonstrating exceptional Customer Relationship Management.<br />* Conduct thorough Customer Analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.<br />* Drive Customer Success Management initiatives, ensuring clients maximize the value of Ferring's products and services.<br />* Deliver Results by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and business objectives.<br />* Utilize Digital Sales channels and strategies to enhance engagement and drive sales within key accounts.<br />* Proactively gather and analyze Market Intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and potential growth areas.<br />* Develop and implement Marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of key accounts.<br />* Demonstrate expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales, understanding the regulatory landscape and clinical aspects of our product portfolio.<br />* Continuously seek opportunities for Sales Optimization through process improvements and innovative approaches.<br />* Formulate and execute effective Sales Strategy to penetrate new markets and expand existing business.<br />* Apply advanced Selling techniques to negotiate contracts, close deals, and build strong partnerships.<br />* Work Collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.<br /><br />---<br /><br />Job Qualifications</p><p>*Experience in Oncology is preferred.<br />* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.<br />* Exceptional ability to Communicate Effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse stakeholders.<br />* Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Analysis and Customer Relationship Management.<br />* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and Delivering Results.<br />* In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sales processes and market dynamics.<br />* Ability to Display Resilience and Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.<br />* Strong skills in Market Intelligence gathering and analysis.<br />* Proven ability to Manage Self effectively, including time management and prioritization.<br />* Proficiency in Sales Optimization and developing robust Sales Strategy.<br />* Excellent Selling and negotiation skills.<br />* A collaborative mindset with the ability to Work Collaboratively across departments.</p><h2><b>Location:</b></h2>Ferring India M&S
