As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping relationships with major hospital groups in Chile. This is an exciting opportunity to engage directly with C-level executives, introduce innovative technologies, and deliver solutions that transform patient care. If you thrive on building strategic partnerships and closing high-value deals, this role is designed for you.</p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and global objectives, ensuring integration with the company’s Mako strategy</p></li><li><p>Manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, achieving defined revenue targets</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospital executives (CEOs, COOs, Directors, and other C-suite leaders) to drive recurring business</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of installations, training, and post-sale support</p></li><li><p>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects</p></li><li><p>Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiating terms to optimize deal structures and profitability</p></li><li><p>Translate clinical benefits into economic value for healthcare providers using financial-based selling tools</p></li><li><p>Represent Stryker at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and market presence</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b><span>What you need</span></b></h1><p></p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 8 years of experience in sales of surgical or medical capital equipment.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts or executive-level clients.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals with C-suite executives.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience with Value Selling methodologies, focusing on value-based solutions and long-term customer impact.</p></li><li><p>Experience introducing innovative technologies into new markets</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in English and Spanish.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Advanced Portuguese.</p></li><li><p>Degree in Health-related Engineering (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering or equivalent).</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 50%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
