You will build and nurture strong, multi-level relationships with strategic customers, develop tailored solutions, and influence internal teams to execute high-impact initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic thinker with strong leadership by influence, capable of aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate business development and long-term success.</p><p></p><ul><li>Customer & Business Development: Act as the voice of the customer, building trust-based relationships and co-creating customized solutions to drive growth, expand accounts, and increase profitability across commercial divisions.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to deliver customer-centric solutions and execute mutual value projects.</li><li>Sales & Performance Execution: Lead account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management; track sales targets and qualitative objectives across business units.</li><li>Strategic Planning & Growth: Design and execute strategies for new business generation and product launches; create account maps to identify opportunities and risks.</li><li>Market Intelligence & Training: Align marketing initiatives with customer needs and trends; identify development opportunities for customers and stay updated on industry dynamics.</li><li>Pricing & Product Registration: Manage competitive pricing strategies and coordinate product/surgical protocol registration with payers, marketing, and regulatory teams.</li><li>Operations & Compliance: Ensure inventory alignment with sales forecasts, anticipate demand changes, and strictly adhere to all legal, ethical, and compliance standards including FCPA.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need</b></p><p></p><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.</li><li>Proven experience in managing Key accounts in the private sector.</li><li>Proven ability to build strategic relationships and influence across functions and organizational levels.</li><li>Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.</li><li>Proven experience in the medical device industry.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired:</b></p><ul><li>Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 50%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
