Our group is ranked in the Top 3 in the cosmetics industry and in the Top 10 in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide. </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Your mission</b></b></span></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Business</b><b> Management </b></p><ul><li>Achieve monthly SELL-IN and GMV targets;</li><li>Manage and guide distributor operational strategy, planning, and execution, including merchandise management, event planning, customer service, and logistics distribution;</li><li>Participate in business opportunity negotiations with customers</li><li>Follow up and execute the annual joint business plan;</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesalers and cosmetic stores, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Business Development & Negotiations</b></p><ul><li>Identify and develop new customer opportunities, expanding the client base and market reach.</li><li>Negotiate business term</li><li>s, including pricing, contracts, and delivery arrangements, to secure profitable deals.</li><li>Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring a seamless process.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Budget Control follow up</b></p><ul><li>Monthly PPP forecasting and follow-up ;</li><li>Annual channel budget and cost forecasting;</li><li>Payment / contract /legal documents follow-up.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Sales Analysis & Reporting:</b></p><ul><li>Monitor and control cross-shipment activities, ensure that the value chain of each customer's business meets the company's requirements, and generate reports.</li><li>Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and customers.</li><li>Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and progress towards targets.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Collaboration & Communication</b></p><ul><li>Work closely with the Line Manager and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on objectives.</li><li>Represent Avene at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p>Other ad-hoc tasks required by line manager with respect of time delivery</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1></h1><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who you are ?</b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><h1></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>We are convinced that diversity is a source of fulfillment, social balance and complementarity for our employees, which is why our offers are open to all, without restriction.</i></p>
