We, at iVis Technologies SRL, located in Taranto, Italy at via Luigi Corsi n.50, are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Lean Manufacturing Operator to support Production workflow. The ideal candidate should operate and monitor manufacturing CNC machinery and assembly production lines, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities include assisting in equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance, performing quality checks on products, documenting production data, collaborating with team members to implement process improvements, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma Mechatronic or first level Engineer Mechanical/Mechatronic. 1-2 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions, read mechanical/electronic schemes, and knowledge of common measurement instruments. Basic troubleshooting skills, PCB and electronic welding experience. CAD/Solid Works knowledge is a plus.
