Description
The Customer Service Representative supports the day-to-day customer order process and provides frontline service to internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities include processing customer orders accurately and on time, monitoring and tracking order status, assisting with the customer approval process, collaborating with cross-functional partners to resolve basic order issues, supporting sales order inventory checks, performing basic sales operations tasks, and managing CRM and ERP data entry. Must follow company policies and participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or order management. Experience in medical device or healthcare preferred, but not required. Strong organizational skills, basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (QAD, Acumatica, Salesforce preferred but not required).
