If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a <b>Jr </b><b>NPI Project Specialist</b> located in <b>Columbia, SC.</b></p><p></p><p>Reporting to the <b>Sr. NPI Manager</b> the <b>Jr </b><b>NPI Project Specialist </b> role will be in charge of managing projects of low-medium complexity in order to meet the performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc) of a specific organization.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><p></p><p>• Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.</p><p>• Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.</p><p>• Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.</p><p>• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.</p><p>• Develop status reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.</p><p>• Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.</p><p>• Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.</p><p>• Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.</p><p>• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
